MISSION

Community Impact Investments (CII) is a catalytic fund and solution platform centering capital system redesign. We do this by investing in both early-stage solutions and the infrastructure – policy, practice, and leadership – required to make those solutions viable at scale.

    We structure capital in partnership with Solution Leaders, designing investments around what is actually required to move promising solutions to scale.

    We align capital, people, partnerships, and shared tools around Solution Leaders so high-impact solutions have the infrastructure they need to grow.

  • Depth over breadth

    We prioritize long-term partnerships over short-term transactions, strengthening ecosystems and stacking solutions to drive durable impact.

  • Advance practice and policy

    We work alongside Solution Leaders to move innovations beyond pilot programs  advancing practices and policies that enable solutions to scale locally and nationally.

THE PROBLEM

Capital and investments are not flowing directly to community-based solutions and leaders who are best positioned to scale things that work in their communities.

Lack of actionable, real-time data and analysis + technical supports that help community leaders, social entrepreneurs, and policy makers scale solutions.

The mechanisms and actionable information needed to harvest, share and bring community-based solutions to scale + increase pace of change at the local level don’t exist.
